Mostly the choila is made by newari community people but now it is made and consume whole over the world by giving the diffrent name.
Ingredients

chicken 600 gram
onions
green onions 1 cup
garlic and ginger minced
tomato 1 cup
green chilli
fenugreek seeds
turmeric powder 1 tspoon shopping list
red chilli powder 1 tspoon
oil
salt
coriander leaves
lemon juice

Method
cut the chicken into small pieces like a cube
and boil it for 10 min
Put the boiled chicken in a big bowl
add salt, red chilli powder and diced tomatoes
cut onions into small pieces and add into it and add garlic and ginger minced
heat oil in a pan and add the fenugreek seeds and heat it until the seeds get black in color
and add turmeric powder and pour that in that chicken bowl
cut the coriander and add into it
lastly add lemon juce and stir it
Ready to serve
