Step 1
Start by getting your hand used to the keyboard. Place your right pointer finger on the J… Your left pointer on the F. These have bumps on them. They are called the home keys.

Step 2
Once you have found the home keys place the rest of your fingers on the keys next to the home keys in order. Place both thumbs on the spacebar.

Type the alphabet even if you are not typing in word. Finger the keys to feel what is the best way to hit a letter.
